News
The Mesa Historical Museum has reached an agreement with the City of Mesa to partner on programs and exhibitions and the advocacy and preservation of our heritage.
We look forward to 2010 as we expand our popular Play Ball: The Cactus League Experience exhibition at our sister institution, the Arizona Museum for Youth, in downtown Mesa, as we develop programming in conjunction with City of Mesa Libraries and other community partners, and as we bgin an aggressive cataloging and preservation plan for our collections.
Future plans include a new home for the Mesa Historical Museum in downtown Mesa.
As we develop our new relationship with the City, we will be open to the public Tuesday through Saturday, from 9am to 1pm, just as we have been. Tours for school and other groups may be arranged at other times with advance notice.
